Baby Harper Seven Beckham Photos

It was a delight to see beautiful baby Harper Seven’s first photos posted on Facebook and Twitter by the gorgeous couple David Beckham and Victoria Posh. Unlike most celebrity couples who like to sell whatever news they have, even if it means selling off their newborn’s photos for millions of dollars to fashion magazines, this couple pleasantly surprised us all. You know not everything is about money these days. Not every treasure can be sold. Some things are simply priceless.

Baby Harper Seven was born on July 10^th 2011 at Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. David Beckham quoted on his Facebook page: “I am so proud and excited to announce the birth of our daughter Harper Seven Beckham.

“She weighed a healthy 7lbs 10oz and arrived at 7.55 this morning, here in LA. Victoria is doing really well and her brothers are delighted to have a baby sister.”

A lot of their fans asked the couple why they choose the unusual name “Harper Seven” for their baby girl. Beckham explained that:

“A lot of thought goes into our children’s names and Harper was a name that we’ve loved for a long time for a couple of reasons. One of the reasons is Harper is an old English name which we love and one of the other reasons is Victoria’s favorite book is ‘To Kill a Mockingbird’ and the author is Harper Lee. The name ‘Seven’ has been chosen because of what it symbolizes: “spiritual perfection, seven wonders of the world, seven colors of the rainbow and in many cultures around the world, it’s regarded as a lucky number. I had so much luck around wearing that number, wearing it for England, wearing it for Manchester United – it was such an influential number throughout my career, and a lucky number, but that wasn’t the main reason.”

The first baby photo that David Beckham posted on his Facebook page was that of a few days old, sleeping Harper Seven, cradled in her mother’s arms. He wrote this adorable comment: “I took this picture of my two girls sleeping.”

Victoria also tweeted a black and white photo of David tenderly holding their newborn daughter. She also added a comment saying: “Daddy’s little girl.”

She further said that: “baby Harper is the most beautiful baby girl I have ever seen. I have fallen in love all over again! We feel so blessed, and the boys love their baby sister so much.”

Seven is the fourth child of David, 36, and Victoria, 37. They previously have three sons Brooklyn Joseph, 12, Romeo James, 8, and Cruz David 6.
